By purchasing any digital item, rank, or package from our store, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because our items are digital, intangible goods that are delivered to your Minecraft account upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Accidental Purchases: We are not responsible for accidental purchases, buyers changing their minds, or purchases made without your permission.

• Parental Notice: If you are a parent or guardian, please secure your payment methods. We are not liable if a minor uses your card without authorization, and refunds will still not be granted.
  

2. Chargebacks and Disputes (Instant Ban)

Attempting to bypass this policy by opening a dispute, claim, or chargeback with your bank, credit card company, or PayPal is considered fraud.

If you initiate a chargeback, the following actions will be taken automatically:

• Your Minecraft account will be permanently and irreversibly banned from our server network.

• Your IP address and details will be blacklisted across our entire Tebex store network, preventing you from ever buying from us again.

• Your Discord account will be banned from our community.

3. Server Rules and Disciplinary Action

Buying a rank or item does not make you immune to our server rules. If you break the server rules and receive a temporary or permanent ban from our staff, you are not entitled to a refund.
